Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by Just Maintenance Services to the client. By engaging our Services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement: 1.1. The Client agrees to engage the Company for the provision of handyman services as agreed upon. 1.2. The scope of work, fees, and any additional terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any work.

2. Payment Terms: 2.1. Payment for Services rendered is due within 24 hours of completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2.2. Payment can be made via cash, or electronic transfer to the Company's designated account. 2.3. Failure to make payment within the stipulated 24-hour period may result in a late payment fee of 5% of the total invoice amount for each day overdue. 2.4. The Client is responsible for any bank charges incurred due to late payments.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 3.1. The Client must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 3.2. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

4. Liability: 4.1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client arising from the use of the Services, unless such damages or losses result from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company. 4.2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the Services.

5. Warranty: 5.1. The Company warrants that all Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. 5.2. Any defects or issues arising from the Services will be rectified by the Company at no additional cost to the Client, provided such issues are reported within 7 days of completion of the work.

6. Termination: 6.1. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within 14 days of receiving written notice thereof.

7. Governing Law: 7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. 7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

8. Entire Agreement: 8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client with respect to the provision of Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
